(Founder)
Dr. deFilippo has more than 24 years of business consulting and finance industry experience encompassing capital investment, capital raising, alternative financing, business strategy, operations, and asset management involving stock market and real estate investment strategies. He is an angel investor, entrepreneur, business strategist, and mentor to teens as well as adults.
As the CEO of a private equity fund located in Hong Kong, Dr. deFilippo developed business operations throughout the Asia Pacific Region, operating offices in Singapore, Thailand, Hong Kong, Shanghai, and Beijing. Dr. deFilippo completed more than $2,500,000,000 USD in financing solutions for shareholders of publicly traded companies throughout the Asia Pacific Region.
Dr. deFilippo has also helped businesses with their financing needs, business development, and future growth strategies. He has helped small to medium-size businesses secure more than $1,500,000,000 in commercial loans for working capital, real estate, creating liquidity, and expansion of their business operations.
Dr. deFilippo has also assisted publicly listed companies globally with investor relations or corporate communications programs by using digital and traditional marketing, brand awareness, SEO, and social media marketing strategies.
Anthony Prestigiacomo
Anthony Prestigiacomo, a Brooklyn native, grew up with a deep passion for sports, both as an athlete and a fervent fan. His early years in Brooklyn shaped his competitive spirit and drive, which he later channeled into a successful career in finance.
After graduating from Xaverian High School, Mr. Prestigiacomo earned his degree in finance from St. Francis College, where he quickly recognized the power of networking with successful, like-minded individuals. This led him to build a broad network, connecting with wealthy families, large shareholders, and institutions, allowing him to spot opportunities for collaboration and investment across diverse industries.
As a registered representative, holding his Series 7, Series 63, and SIE licenses, Mr. Prestigiacomo has become a trusted advisor, specializing in unlocking capital at a low cost for clients with concentrated positions. Michael Montalbano

Michael Montalbano, a proud Brooklyn native, developed his foundation in discipline, grit, and relationship-building early in life. After graduating from Xaverian High School, he went on to earn his degree in finance from Brooklyn College—a path that laid the groundwork for his career in the capital markets.
As a FINRA-registered representative holding Series 7 and 63 licenses, Mr. Montalbano is committed to
